Have you heard...

... of Project Linus?

Named for the Peanuts cartoon character who carries his blanket everywhere with him, it's a wonderful charity that arranges for very ill children to have a beautiful quilt specially hand made and given to them, to snuggle up to during their treatment and, hopefully, take it home with them as an heirloom and symbol of their survival.  You can help this worthwhile charity by making a quilt (if you're so inclined!) either on your own or in a group, or by making a donation in time, cash or in fabric!  They will even take unfinished projects and complete them!!!  Read more about Project Linus UK here, and watch this space for a Project Linus quilt from this little corner of Surrey...

You may not know that Stampin Up does a lovely range of cotton printed fabrics, sold in bundles of three fat quarters-ish.  Here they are!

If you would like to order some and will be using it to make a Linus quilt, I would be happy to discount it by the full amount of my commission on these items, please give me a call to discuss.
